Steps to Set Up Your Wi-Fi Camera on Mydlink Lite Without Using WPS
Oh goodness. You just got another Wi-Fi Camera (congrats
coincidentally, you'll adore it) and part of the way through the versatile
application introduce wizard on mydlink Lite you've understood your switch does
not bolster WPS! Try not to stress, we have you secured. How about we stroll
through the setup beginning at the "Is there a WPS catch on your Wi-Fi
switch?" screen:
For this precedent we are utilizing the new Full HD Ultra
Wide View Wi-Fi Camera (DCS-2630L).
Step 1 - When asked if there’s a WPS button on your Wi-Fi
router, select ‘No’
Step 2 - Select ‘Ready’ when the Power LED on the back of
the camera blinks orange.
Step 3 - Now enter your camera’s Wi-Fi Network and Password
which can be found on the device, the quick install card or on the box.
Step 4 - The app will automatically disconnect from your
mobile device’s Wi-Fi and connect to the DCS-2630L Wi-Fi network.
Step 5 - Once connection has been made, the app will ask you
to connect to your local Wi-Fi network again-the one you plan to have your
Wi-Fi Camera connected to.
Step 6 - Once connected (and this can take a bit, depending
on your Wi-Fi strength), you will be asked to set a password for your Wi-Fi
camera.\
Step 7 - The app will then automatically sync your camera’s
settings with your mobile.
Step 8 - You will then be asked if you want to add your
Wi-Fi Camera to your mydlink account. If you want to access your camera
remotely (not on the same Wi-Fi network as your camera), select ‘Yes’.
Step 9 - Start monitoring!
